What we can say already: she runs this herself, she works by phone and email so clients never have to take time off, and she will drive to you across the Phoenix metro if you would rather do it face to face.

Most people who file with McCray’s Way are working. Driving, cutting hair, running a route, picking up shifts. Sitting in a storefront waiting room for two hours is not inconvenient for them, it is lost income.
So the whole thing runs on a phone. Photograph what you have, send it over, get your return back. And when someone wants to sit down and talk it through in person, she comes to them instead of the other way round.
